qMI 2 – Quad MIDI Interface by Vermona is a versatile and cost-effective MIDI/CV interface designed for Eurorack systems. Capable of up to four-voice polyphony, it can function as four independent interfaces or in mixed mode with simultaneous monophonic and polyphonic capabilities.

Each “output channel” offers a CV output with 1V/octave, a gate output, and two additional control voltage outputs for MIDI controllers such as the modulation wheel and pitch bend wheel. Channels can be freely combined or used independently on different MIDI channels. Enjoy unisono, monophonic, or polyphonic modes with combined outputs.

The qMI 2 also features three clock divider outputs that transform incoming MIDI clock signals into analog gate voltages. A reset output ensures sync with MIDI start/stop commands, perfect for keeping step sequencers in harmony. The Gate-input allows switching between play modes M1 and M2 with a gate signal.

Designed for simplicity, this interface eschews complex menu navigation in favor of straightforward parameter use. Key features include:
