Description

MiniMod Glide Noise MkII packs immense power into a compact 6hp module. Featuring enhanced Glide and Noise generator circuitry from the vintage Model D synthesizer, the MkII version offers superior performance and exciting new features.

The MiniMod Glide uses a discrete circuit with a track and hold function, gating the glide effect. When the Hold CV input is high, glide is active, mimicking the original Model D behavior. New modes include Glide Up only and Glide Down only, increasing versatility beyond the standard Glide Up & Down.

The separate Noise Generator offers White, Pink, and Red Noise outputs, utilizing an all-analog design with a selected transistor in avalanche mode.

The MkII version features a redesigned circuit using modern precision parts, extending the range to a remarkable 14 octaves and accommodating negative voltages down to -5V. The hold feature now covers the full audio range and DC control voltages, functioning as a track and hold module.

With selectable jumpers, the MkII can transmit or receive pitch CV to the Eurorack power bus, streamlining your setup. The Noise section remains unchanged, except for a boosted Red Noise output to align with Eurorack levels.
