Dreadbox Raindrops
Description
Raindrops Experimental Delay, Pitch, and Reverb Rendered in Hi-fi The new Raindrops hybrid delay, pitch, and reverb pedal from Dreadbox is bringing some much-needed life to the spatial effects world. This pedal operates in true stereo with wide and rich sonic character that’s capable of everything from short slapback echo to washing modulated blankets of delay and digitized pitch warps. The Raindrops features three modes: modulated delay, delay with pitch shifting, and lusting reverb (a dreamy, modern ‘verb with sky-high verticality). Its delay range spans 50ms to 1 second, and around the 700ms mark, delays shift from a hi-fi to a lo-fi feel with the subtle introduction of breakup and dirt. Whichever mode you chose, this effect can gently fall like raindrops on lower settings — but crank the controls up and you’ll open the faucet on mile-wide sounds that glitch, sputter, and trail with distinct sonic character. Dreadbox Raindrops Delay/Pitch/Reverb Pedal Features: Delay, pitch, and reverb pedal with an emphasis on short echoes Hybrid analog/digital components — the Raindrops’ multiple delay stages and chips offer a large selection of sounds True stereo construction with left/right input and left/right output 3 core algorithms: modulated delay, delay with pitch shifting, and lusting reverb (reverb and delay) Delay range of 50ms to 1 second — repeats above 700ms take on lo-fi characteristics with breakup Wide-range control knobs let you achieve everything from standard delay to warped, glitchy sounds and long shimmering reverb tails Add up to 3 presets — 1 for each algorithm More information – Dreadbox
