Enhance your MiniMod VCF and VCA modules with the compact MiniMod Gain Switch Expander. This efficient 2HP module provides front-panel access to gain jumpers, offering a convenient solution for adjusting your module’s gain settings. With two intuitive switches, you can easily toggle between standard and higher gain settings. Switch “up” replicates the gain jumper in place, while “down” removes the jumper for increased gain, reminiscent of the classic “headphone out to external input” trick from the original Model D, now with a broader overdrive range, especially from the VCA.

Additionally, the module features a six-way passive multi. Choose between a sleek Silver or Black fascia panel to match your setup. For installation, position the Gain Switch Multi close to the MiniMod VCA and VCF modules. Remove the gain jumpers from the rear and attach the labeled connectors to the two-pin gain header on the VCA or VCF PCB. Keep the removed jumper caps for potential future reversion. The header cable connector is versatile, allowing installation without concern for polarity.
